Tuna Sandwich

  • Tuna, drained and flaked – 1 can , 5/6 oz
  • Shredded cheese – 1/3
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Sour Creme – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Bread ( whole wheat/white ) – 6
  • Butter

Yield : 6 halves

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna , cheese, mayonnaise, sour creme , salt and pepper, mix well.share_temporary-60.jpg
  2. Spread the mixture on 3 bread slices. Top with remaining bread.share_temporary-59.jpg
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter. When the butter melts, place sandwiches in the pan and cook until toasted and golden brown on each side. share_temporary-61.jpg
