Ingredients
- Tuna, drained and flaked – 1 can , 5/6 oz
- Shredded cheese – 1/3
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Sour Creme – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Bread ( whole wheat/white ) – 6
- Butter
Yield : 6 halves
Method
- In a bowl, combine tuna , cheese, mayonnaise, sour creme , salt and pepper, mix well.
- Spread the mixture on 3 bread slices. Top with remaining bread.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter. When the butter melts, place sandwiches in the pan and cook until toasted and golden brown on each side.
